Dear Mr. Jones:

I wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our new gazebo and the service we received from the people associated with your company.

My wife had been saying for years how much she would really enjoy having a gazebo. So for almost a year I had been looking at gazebos, gazebo plans and talking to sales people and owners of gazebos. I was just about to order a gazebo from another company when I saw one of your gazebos on display in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It was simply beautiful. I contacted you company and spoke with a very helpful and professional lady called Dottie. I gave her the information on the gazebo I had been looking at. She and I discussed features of the gazebos including some that I haven’t even thought of. I had questions about cedar that she wasn’t able to answer so she had a manager named Mark call me the very next day. He answered all my questions and was a wealth of information on cedar, gazebos, and craftsmanship. A couple more phone calls later Dottie and I had specked out and priced what promised to be a dream gazebo. During the next 6 weeks while the gazebo was being made Dottie, Mark, and I spoke on the progress of the gazebo. Dottie and Mark both came to my house to see and discuss the challenging location I had envisioned for the gazebo and then had suggestions and recommendations to enhance the setting. Then the big day came and Mark, along with a crew of 4 guys, showed up with the gazebo in sections on two large trailers. In just 2 days Mark and his guys had placed the gazebo in my fence line over looking the swimming pool and had completed 99% of the work. Mark returned on his own a couple more time to add the finishing touches to this beautiful work of art.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with every aspect of doing business with your company. Everyone was very professional and helpful at all times and purchasing our gazebo was as easy and as rewarding as pouring a tall, cool glass of lemonade on a hot summers day. I truly believe that cedar is a far more superior and beautiful product than pine and that your company is superior in craftsmanship and quality to all others. We tell people every chance we get how rewarding it was to have your company make our gazebo and we don’t hesitate a bit to recommend your company for their cedar and gazebo needs. It is very refreshing to do business with people and a company that still has the old fashioned values of pride and ownership in their work.

While traveling through Arkansas we spotted a beautiful Cedar Gazebo. Mark at Ozark Mountain Cedar Products knew exactly what we wanted. He explained that they could make it in sections at the plant and assemble it on site. Not only was it to be made of Cedar which would naturally detract bugs but he could also install screens with a screen door. The price was in line with other Gazebos of much less quality.

A few weeks later we watched as our Gazebo was assembled. It was as we had imagined. It was definitely worth waiting for!

YESTERDAY WE FINISHED THE BUILDING OF OUR NEW GAZEBO. I AM SURE THE NEIGHBORS ARE JEALOUS AS THEY CAME OVER TO ASK WHY WE WERE BUILDING ON WRONG SIDE OF FENCE. THE BUILDING PROCESS WAS A LITTLE SLOW ONLY BECAUSE OF BUILDING CODES HERE IN MICHIGAN WE HAD TO PUT IN 9 4X4 POSTS 42 INCHES DEEP TO SUPPORT THE STRUCTURE AND OK THE DRAWINGS THROUGH THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. BEING IN THE HOME IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY FOR A LIVING I SEE A LOT OF BAD WORK AND HAVE TO FIX OTHERS WORK AFTER DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE FROM WINDOWS AND ROOFING DONE INCORRECTLY. I DID NOT RUSH THIS ONE AND WILL ENJOY IT FOR YEARS TO COME. ALSO I BUILD DECKS AND ALMOST ALL PHASES OF HOME IMPROVEMENTS AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO SELL ONE OF YOUR GAZEBOS TO A CUSTOMER TO INSTALL AND PUT MY NAME BEHIND THE INSTALLATION AND NOT HAVE ANY WORRIES AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND PRODUCT I WOULD BE INSTALLING. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE A TESTIMONIAL FOR YOU AND EVEN HELP SELL AND INSTALL YOUR PRODUCT HERE IN THE N. E. PART OF THE U.S. A. IF THAT WAS OF INTEREST TO YOU I COULD USE MINE TO HELP DISPLAY FOR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS TO SHOW QUALITY. THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT, EASY INSTALLATION AND SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. It is rare these days when one has the opportunity to rave about a product that is purchased. So many times we find ourselves let down with the quality of an item we acquire. So it is with great pleasure I find myself writing you this letter.

The spa enclosure that Ozark Mountain Cedar Products created for us is far beyond anything Cheryl or I imagined when we placed our order with your firm. It far exceeded our expectations in beauty, quality, design, and engineering. The Red Cedar is as aromatic as you promised. It is just a pleasure to be surrounded by the enclosure when we use our spa. The construction is so much better than any other product we looked at, that people who have enclosures are amazed that your firm can produce this type of product at a price that is competitive with other enclosures offered on the market.

The Ozark Mountain Cedar Products crew that came to install the enclosure could not have been more enjoyable. Mark Starnes and his team were a delight to deal with and obviously took great pride in their workmanship down to the most minute details. The job they did was absolutely first class all the way.
