Terms & Conditions
ORDERS: We can assist you right over the phone to design, order and secure your product, just call our Toll Free # @ 1-877-287-3574. Deposits by cashiers check or money orders can be mailed to: 202 Hwy 9 spur, Melbourne, Arkansas 72556. Make payable to Ozark Mountain Cedar Products
ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES: All orders are subjected to acceptance and are contingent upon fires, strikes, accidents or other causes that are
unavoidable or beyond our control. We reserve the right to make such changes to our products both in design and specification that will, in our opinion, improve them.
SHIPPING INFORMATION & DELIVERY DATES: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your product to arrive. The freight company will call you in advance of delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, nor are we responsible for delays in transit. Our terms are not affected by such delays.
PRICE CHANGES & ERRORS: Prices are subject to change without notice. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: Orders cancelled 5 business days after being received in our office will be charged a handling fee of 15% of total price of the order. Orders cannot be cancelled within 2 business days of shipping.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS: Please check your shipment upon arrival. If shipment is damaged in transit and so received or arrives incomplete,you are responsible for securing the proper notation of such damage or shortage from your local freight agent. . When we receive the notated freight bill, we will send a replacement part or parts. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible. This policy must be adhered to strictly. Nothing may be returned for credit without our written consent. If impossible to ship orders complete in one shipment, the right is reserved to make several shipments of incomplete units until order is complete, unless otherwise stated on the order.
ASSEMBLY: All product are shipped unassembled. If Ozark Mountain Cedar Products delivers product, assembly is available with a set-up
charge and $1.65 per mile. Inquire for delivery with set-up. Ozark Mountain Cedar Products assumes no responsibility for product not installed by the customer or their agent in accordance with the
manufacturer’s installation instructions. The customer agrees to hold Ozark Mountain Cedar Products free of any liability for improper installation, maintenance and repair of the product by owner,
customer or their agent.
PERMITS AND ASSOCIATION APPROVALS: Obtaining any permits or homeowners association approvals are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Permits and homeowner association approvals requirements vary by city and county.
WARRANTY: Ozark Mountain Cedar Products limited lifetime warranty guarantees the Aromatic Eastern Red Cedar Wood against structural damage from termites or rot for as long as you are in your home.
