Warranty
Ozark Mountain Cedar Products: Warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (30) thirty-days from date of original purchase. In addition all wood components are guaranteed against termite and decay damage for a period of five (5) years from original purchase. Ozark Mountain Cedar Products will replace or repair at our option any defective parts free of charge during the 30-day warranty period. This policy is in effect only when the product has been used according to instructions and the customer gives reasonable care to the product. This warranty excludes wear and tear or damages by acts of nature, misuse, abuse, altered and / or improperly installed equipment, or lack of proper care. Our policy extends to family use only - all commercial applications will be excluded in this warranty. Should warranty service become necessary, contact Ozark Mountain Cedar Products in writing, stating the problem, and provide proof of purchase. Shipping instructions will then be provided with a return-authorization from. Any product returned without a return -authorization form will be refused. Ozark Mountain Cedar Products is not liable for shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory on warranty - returned items.
